Your First Session: Complimentary Intake & Movement Assessment

 

Your first 1:1 personal training session is all about you. We’ll sit down for an in-depth conversation to discuss your goals, current fitness level, health history, and what you’d like to achieve through training. You’ll also go through some light movement so I can assess your form, mobility, and strength — so be sure to wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers.

 

There’s no charge for this session on my end — it’s my chance to get to know you and start building a personalized plan that fits your needs.

 

Please note: there is a $17 gym access fee, which goes directly to the gym for facility use.

 

This session sets the foundation for your customized fitness journey and ensures every future workout is tailored specifically to you.
